Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Ice Cream – Dairy Free Recipe

Ingredients:

4 bananas peeled, then frozen

1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract

1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1 tablespoon Unsweeted Cocoa

1 tablespoon Honey

Directions:

You can make this in a juicer that allows you to process frozen bananas. After they have gone through the juicer you can then mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then serve.

Or you can put in a food processor or blender and mix all ingredients together, then serve!

So easy! So yummy! My kids always enjoy it and it works out well for my 3 year old daughter AKA Ladybug because milk and creams don’t always agree with her tummy.

The recipe sounds easy and very yummy. I'm trying to stay away from dairy as much as possible because ice cream does not agree with me at all! I think I'll give this recipe a try tonight. I may not have the cocoa powder do you think it will make that big of a difference?

Rosie- It is super easy and very yummy! I have made it many times with just plain ole banana and it turned out great. So yes you can leave out the cocoa powder.
